Seattle Band the Dudley Manlove Quartet Singer Busted.
January 27, 2009Paul Jensen, the singer for the Seattle party band the the Dudley Manlove Quartet was busted and charged with 32 counts of first-degree theft and 16 counts of second-degree theft after he reportedly swindled, or hornswoggled as they like to say out on the farm, his (former) band members out of almost a cool $100 G’s. I’d seen these guys play several times over the years and they were always a hoot-and-a-holler-and-a-half. Sad way to blow a great gig, and he’s probably sweating a likely trip to the ‘ole stoney-lonesome where a dropped bar of soap stays dropped and you sleep with one eye wide open.
